Founders’ Note
We are the 2nd generation of our family dedicated to bringing Italian culinary culture to a global audience.
Setting up one of the UK’s first stretched-curd factories in 2017 allowed us to encounter first-hand the challenges faced when producing mozzarella away from its heartland.
More recently, we noticed the quality of support on offer to Asian entrepreneurs looking to start and scale in this field did not measure up to the obstacles encountered.
Since then, Mondolat was born to encompass a global network of problem-solvers; ready to assist with technical, production questions, but also commercial questions such as export preparedness.
We’re excited to bring forward our knowledge to help you overcome the overarching challenges in this field.
